My mother lives in this apartment complex (it's her very 1st apt and she is 80 years old!! As far as apartments go, its typical, (small, ( 900 sq feet) hard vinyl flooring over concrete, My problem is , my mother loves to decorate , she loves her solar lights. She was told to not hang any lights on this little, chintzy, cheap vinyl fence, not even her Christmas wreath! bad bad bad! And she was infested with Garden snakes IN her tiny apt over the Spring. Also, she had paid her rent on time ( she ALWAYS does) and whoever it was called her Daughter, my sister Teri, and they told her daughter that she needed to pay her rent!!? Bad,,,bad and embarrassing!
